Reliable results as well as realistic and actionable recommendations are assured, as all diagnostics coming from the digital engine will be reviewed and validated by our experienced team of practitioners.

In order to provide you with meaningful project results, we request some data points of your company. We deliberately keep this data set small, thus reducing the effort of data collection and any rumours in your company.
The quality of the collected data is essential, which is why we will walk you through our approach in detail and address any questions you might have. Before processing your data, we will check the data set for plausibility.
Our main task is to analyze your data. Due to the newly developed digital diagnosis method, we usually require less than 10 days to conclude it. Your company performance and our recommended next steps are documented in a report which we will present to you and discuss. In case we identify specific challenges, we would be happy to get you in touch with other companies or experts who are facing similar problems.
